How do I register my warehouse?
You can register your warehouse by clicking the "Register" button on our homepage. Fill in your details, verify your identity, and complete the payment process.
How long does licensing take?
The licensing process typically takes 5-7 business days from application submission to certificate issuance, depending on inspection availability.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via mobile networks (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa, Halotel) and banks (CRDB, NMB, and other Tanzanian banks).
How do I apply as an inspector?
You can apply as an inspector through our Applications page. Fill in the inspector application form, upload your CV, and submit. You'll receive a response within 2-3 business days.
What documents are required?
For operators: BRELA certificate, TRA certificate, insurance documents, NIDA copy, and warehouse photos. For inspectors: CV, NIDA copy, relevant certificates, and a cover letter.
